WORKSHOP: Design thinking methods in HR

Katri Vintiša has been working in the field of strategic human resource management for more than 20 years. She was part of the human resources management team of the Latvian state administration in the State Chancellery, as well as involved in the unified human resources management platform creation.
Design thinking is a problem-solving approach that involves understanding people's needs and motivations, generating creative solutions, prototyping, and iterating until the optimal solution is found. It is typically used in product and service design, but it can also be applied to human resources HR to improve employee experience, engagement and more.
The participants of the workshop will have the opportunity to work practically, researching the main issues of HR in their company, share their experiences, and become more familiar with "design thinking" methods.
